I was referred to Ryan Salo and ENG Lending when I was looking into a “for sale by owner” home. The seller said that he had worked with Ryan and recommended him highly. I wasn’t terribly optimistic, as I was not quite two years out of a bankruptcy, but after talking to Ryan, he assured me that it was definitely possible and we proceeded. The “for sale by owner” home did not work out, but I kept in touch with Ryan as I looked at some other options. I found a condominium that I was very interested in and we began the process of applying for the loan.
